India win their 4th straight women's hockey match at Asiad 2026, reach semis

The Indian women's hockey team registered its fourth straight win at the Asian Games 2026, defeating Japan 3-1 in their Pool B match on Friday. The result also secured India's place in the semi-finals. India had earlier registered 19-0 and 17-1 wins over Uzbekistan and Indonesia, respectively, before defeating Thailand 20-1.
