India won & Pakistan ran like a scared dog: Ex-Pentagon official

Former Pentagon official Michael Rubin said that India has emerged victorious both diplomatically and militarily over Pakistan. He said Pakistan military lost very badly, and Islamabad "went running to try to achieve a ceasefire like a scared dog with its tail between its legs".
