India-born General Motors CFO Dhivya Suryadevara joins fintech startup Stripe

Biggest US carmaker General Motors' 40-year-old Chief Financial Officer Dhivya Suryadevara has joined online payments startup Stripe as CFO. Suryadevara, born in Chennai, had joined GM in 2004 and became the CFO in September 2018. "I really enjoy leading complex, large-scale businesses and I hope to use my skills to help accelerate Stripe's already steep growth trajectory," she said.
