Indiabulls Housing Finance rights issue: All you need to know

Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. launched its rights issue on Wednesday to raise Rs 3,693.4 crore. The record date for the rights issue was February 1, which means only investors holding Indiabulls' shares on this date will be eligible for the offer. It will continue from February 7 to February 13. Eligible shareholders can exercise market renunciation until February 8.
