IndiaMART to start paying weekly salaries to its employees

Noida-based business-to-business (B2B) online marketplace IndiaMART announced on Sunday that it is moving towards a weekly salary pay policy. IndiaMART's Co-founder and CEO Dinesh Agarwal claimed that the company is the first Indian organisation to do so. He tweeted that the move aims "to build a flexible work culture and ensure the financial wellness of our employees".
