Indian AI researcher Devendra Chaplot joins Elon Musk's xAI & SpaceX

Indian AI researcher Devendra Chaplot announced that he's joining xAI and SpaceX where he'll be working "closely" with billionaire Elon Musk and the team to build superintelligence. The IIT Bombay graduate was previously part of the Founding Team at Thinking Machines Lab and the Founding Team at Mistral AI. Notably, several of xAI's co-founders have recently left the AI startup.
