Indian airlines may report $1.6-1.8 billion loss in FY24: CAPA
Aviation consultancy firm CAPA India has said that Indian airlines may report a consolidated loss of $1.6-1.8 billion in FY24. According to the firm, Indian airlines are estimated to have a net induction of 132 planes next fiscal, taking total fleet of all carriers to around 816 aircraft. Over 100 planes of Indian carriers are on the ground, it added.
