Indian-American Komatireddy to Challenge NY AG Letitia James

Saritha Komatireddy, daughter of Indian immigrants and former federal prosecutor, won the Republican nomination for New York Attorney General in February 2026. She will face incumbent Democrat Letitia James in the November 3 midterm elections. Komatireddy served over a decade as Assistant US Attorney and as DEA Chief of Staff.
