Indian Army Major invents world’s first helmet to stop AK-47 bullets

An Army Major who is part of the College of Military Engineering has developed a helmet which can stop an AK-47 bullet round from a distance of 10 metres. The helmet, developed by Major Anoop Mishra, is said to be first of its kind in the world and was launched at the ongoing Defence Expo 2020 in Lucknow, UP.
