Indian army has declared a special force officer, Major Sharyf Bhonsle, as an absconder after he went missing while on a vacation in Spain in August. The Indian Embassy in Madrid was also roped in to search the officer but he could not be found. Bhonsle was serving as an Aide de Camp (ADC) to the Arunachal Pradesh Governor.
