Indian Army's advanced surgical eye camp triumphs in remote Ladakh
Indian Army conducted a 4-day Advanced Surgical Eye Camp at 153 General Hospital, Leh, restoring vision through 214 surgeries including cataract and retinal procedures. Around 950 patients from remote Ladakh regions were screened. The mission highlighted civil-military coordination, advanced ophthalmic care, and the Op Netra App for digital efficiency in healthcare delivery at high-altitude areas.
