Indian Army treats 1250, builds bridges in Sri Lanka after Ditwah

The Indian Army has treated over 1,250 people, conducted major surgeries, and deployed three Bailey Bridges in Sri Lanka after Cyclone Ditwah. Under Operation Sagar Bandhu, more C-17 flights carrying bridge units and equipment have arrived, while Indian medical teams continue providing critical, life-saving assistance in coordination with Sri Lankan authorities.
