Indian Army unveils drone-powered 'Shaurya' squadron

Indian Army recently unveiled its drone-powered tank regiment 'Shaurya' squadron for the first time during the Exercise Amogh Jwala. Under 'Shaurya' squadron, different types of surveillance and attack drones align with tanks, giving commanders real-time targeting information and precision-strike capability. These drones help in eliminating the need for tanks and foot soldiers carrying out recce.
