Indian automobile industry to soon outgrow US, China: Gadkari

The Indian automobile is on course to outpace US and China in the near future and emerge as a ₹15-lakh-crore industry, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said. The Indian automotive industry is the third largest in the world after the US and China, by production. "People will soon prefer India cost- and quality-wise...we'll be the lead automotive industry globally," Gadkari said.
