Indian box office grossed ₹11,833 crore in 2024, its 2nd best year: Report

As per a recent report by Ormax Media, the Indian box office grossed ₹11,833 crore in 2024. It was the second-best year of all time for the Indian box office, trailing behind the collections of 2023 (₹12,226 crore). It also marks the fourth year in which the Indian box office surpassed the ₹10,000-crore mark after 2019, 2022 and 2023.
