Indian climber passes away while descending Mount Everest

Indian climber Anjali S Kulkarni passed away while descending the Mount Everest on Wednesday. The Mumbai-based 54-year-old passed away near Camp IV, which lies roughly at the 8,000-metre point. Notably, a few days ago, another Indian climber Ravi Thakar passed away at the Camp IV while returning from the 8,848-metre-high summit last week.
