Indian denied water by Pak men in UAE over Indus Treaty suspension, returns as health worsens

An Uttarakhand man named Vishal was denied water by the Pakistani youth he was living with in Dubai over India's suspension of Indus Waters Treaty. "If India has stopped water from flowing into Pakistan, we will not let you drink water either," the Pakistanis told Vishal. He returned with Uttarakhand Police's help as his health worsened due to prolonged dehydration.
