Indian e-comm sector misunderstood: UKIBC after Goyal's remarks on Amazon

UK India Business Council (UKIBC) CEO Richard Heald said India should attract more investments in the e-commerce sector, adding it's "misunderstood to a certain extent". "Encouraging the sector is important because it benefits small businesses disproportionately to large businesses," he said. His remarks came after Piyush Goyal said Amazon wasn't doing any favour by investing $1 billion in India.
