Indian envoy slams Pak, says 'Indus Water Treaty was signed in goodwill, Pak dismantled it'

India's envoy to the US Vinay Mohan Kwatra has said that the Indus Water Treaty was signed in the spirit of goodwill and friendship, and Pakistan spent half a century dismantling it. Kwatra added that India's decision to keep the treaty in abeyance merely acknowledged what Pakistan's conduct had already destroyed. India suspended the treaty after Pahalgam terror attack.
