Indian equities see highest monthly foreign investment in 2 years

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) invested ₹29,631 crore in Indian equities in August, their highest monthly buying in nearly two years, according to NSDL data. It marked a second straight month of inflows after four months of selling. RBI measures to support the rupee and attract foreign capital, along with strong June-quarter earnings, helped improve investor sentiment.
