Indian flyers must not be targeted, harassed: MEA to China

Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal responded to mistreatment of an Arunachal Pradesh woman at Shanghai airport. He said, "We expect Chinese authorities to provide assurance that Indians transiting through Chinese airports won't be selectively targeted, arbitrarily detained or harassed." He also urged Indians to exercise discretion while travelling to China.
