Indian govt, NSA Doval summoned by US court in alleged plot to kill separatist Pannun

A district court in the US has issued a summons to the Indian government in a civil lawsuit filed by Khalistani separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, who has alleged a murder plot against him. Apart from Indian government, the summons mentions National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval, ex-R&AW chief Samant Goel, R&AW agent Vikram Yadav and Indian businessman Nikhil Gupta.
