Indian Historical Records Commission adopts a new logo and motto

The Indian Historical Records Commission (IHRC) advises the Government of India on archival matters and historical research. In 2023, IHRC launched an online competition for its logo and motto. Shri Shaurya Pratap Singh's design was chosen, featuring lotus petals and a Sarnath pillar. Consolation prizes were awarded to other entries.
