Indian IT shares wipe off ₹2.03 lakh crore wealth in just 1 week

The launch of Anthropic's latest AI agent, which can automate tasks across legal, sales, marketing and data analysis functions, led to a global sell-off of tech stocks, which hit Indian stocks too. The IT index dipped 7% in the week, its worst weekly drop in over four months. The dip reportedly caused a wipeout of ₹2.03 lakh crore investor wealth.
