Indian Navy escorts 2 tankers carrying 94,000 MT of LPG to India

The Indian Navy is escorting two LPG carriers, BW TYR and BW ELM, carrying a combined LPG cargo of about 94,000 metric tonnes to India amid the ongoing war in the Middle East. BW Tyr and BW Elm safely transited the Strait of Hormuz and are expected to reach Mumbai on March 31 and New Mangalore on April 1, respectively.
