Indian nurse Nimisha Priya's mother fights for daughter in Yemen

For eight months, Premakumari has lived in Yemen, struggling to save her daughter Nimisha Priya's release. Priya was arrested in 2017 on the Yemen-Saudi border for the killing of a Yemeni citizen. Premakumari chose to stay in Yemen after meeting Priya in April 2024. She doesn’t know the language and, worse, has no idea what to do next.
