Indian-origin ex-NY Health Advisor fired as he admits to attending sex parties amid COVID

Former New York City Health Advisor, Dr Jay Varma, has been fired from his current job at pharmaceutical firm SIGA Technologies after he was caught on video admitting he attended 'sex parties' during COVID-19. He said "it would've been a real embarrassment" if his actions were exposed. Varma had helped develop the city's COVID-19 response strategy, including promoting social distancing.
