Indian-origin investor Das explains why world's largest open AI model is crumbling its own infra
Indian-origin investor Deedy Das explained why the world's largest open AI model, China's Kimi K3, is "crumbling" its own infrastructure. He noted that the model is already seeing 142 billion tokens/day, dragging its throughput from 30 tokens/second to 13 tokens/second. It'd cost ₹38.6 crore for Moonshot to buy the "recommended GB300 NVL72" AI rack to serve K3's demand, he added.
