Indian-origin mother flies 5 days a week to balance home & work in Malaysia

Indian-origin AirAsia employee Racheal Kaur, who has two children, flies five times a week from Penang to Sepang in Malaysia to balance work and family. She said she earlier spent $474 (around ₹42,000) a month but now spends $316/monthly (around ₹28,000). When asked why she doesn't work remotely, she replied, "Being surrounded by people...it's easier to get a task done."
