Indian-origin store owner assaults, kidnaps shoplifter in US, held

Indian-origin man, Kaushalkumar Patel, has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping and assaulting a man suspected of shoplifting from his convenience store in US' Kentucky. Patel and his accomplices chased the shoplifter who stole a box of vape pens and pepper sprayed him in the face. Later, the group forced him into the van, before abandoning him at a street.
