Indian-origin Tejpaul Bhatia appointed as Axiom Space's CEO

US-based space infrastructure developer Axiom Space has elevated its Chief Revenue Officer, Tejpaul Bhatia, to the post of CEO. Bhatia, whose parents emigrated from India to the US in 1970, worked at Google before joining the space startup. His appointment comes ahead of Axiom Mission 4, which will take Indian Air Force's Shubhanshu Shukla to the International Space Station.
