Indian regional film 'Boong' beat Disney's 'Zootopia 2' to win BAFTA award

Indian regional film 'Boong', which won the 'Best Children's and Family Film' award at BAFTA 2026, beat prominent Disney movie 'Zootopia 2', the highest-grossing Hollywood animated film of all time, to emerge as the winner. It also beat another prominent Disney movie, 'Lilo & Stitch', and an Oscars 2026-nominated movie named 'Arco', which is backed by actress Natalie Portman.
