Indian rupee hits record low as crude oil hits war-time high

The Indian rupee hit a new record low as it breached the 95-mark against US dollar for the first time in one month. It fell to 95.126 on Thursday as Brent crude hit wartime high to breach $124/barrel and US' West Texas Intermediate hit $109/barrel. Oil prices are rising because US and Iran showed no signs of ending their war.
