Indian startup sends 'car bonnet' to 21 km above Earth to test its paint protection film
Chennai-based aerospace startup Aerolaunch India sent a miniature car bonnet wrapped in CarzSpa's Aegis XG paint protection film (PPF) to 21 km above Earth. The two-hour flight exposed the coating to temperatures as low as -50°C and ultraviolet radiation, with its intensity recorded at different altitudes. CarzSpa said its Aegis XG film showed no visible changes after the test.
