Indian stock market to see short-term rally if Trump wins: Emkay

Domestic brokerage Emkay Global said if Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump wins US elections, it could trigger a short-term rally in the Indian stock market. Trump's win could lead to higher tariffs on China, which would benefit investors' sentiment towards the Indian market, Emkay added. It further said that Chinese stocks would "bleed", which would be "tactically positive" for India.
