Indian student dies after drowning in US waterfall

An Indian student, identified as Sai Surya Avinash Gadde, accidentally slipped while hiking at Barberville Falls in US' New York and drowned on Sunday. Gadde, who was a master's student at Trine University, was from Andhra Pradesh. The Indian Consulate in New York confirmed Gadde's death and said that it's assisting with the transportation of Avinash's remains back to India.
