Indian student struggles to get job in US, says 'recruiters didn't even look at my resume'

An Indian student, Sai Sushma Pasupuleti, spoke to the NYT in December about her struggles to find a job. She said she attended a job fair at the University of Houston, where she pursued electrical engineering, and each company's representative asked if she was a US citizen. "It's crazy how they didn't even look at my resume," she said.
