Indian team sets new national record in 4x100 m mixed relay at World Athletics Relays

India's mixed 4x100m relay team clocked 41.35 s at the World Athletics Relays 2026 in Gaborone, Botswana to set a new national record. They broke previous national record of 42.30 seconds. The team comprising Ragul Kumar, Nithya Gandhe, Animesh Kujur and SS Shanuvalli failed to reach 4x100m mixed relay final after they finished sixth in their heat and tenth overall.
