Indian visa centre in Bangladesh shut early amid threats from radical leader

The Indian visa centre in Bangladesh's Dhaka was shut at 2 pm on Wednesday, earlier than usual. "All applicants who have appointment slots booked for submission today will be given a slot at a later date," a statement read. This comes after a Bangladeshi leader, Hasnat Abdullah, made a radical remark against India following which MEA summoned Bangladesh's High Commissioner.
