Indian watchdog copy-pasted rivals' claims, didn't verify them: Apple in antitrust case

Apple has accused Competition Commission of India (CCI) of "copy-pasting" rivals' claims in an antitrust case against the company, Reuters reported, citing regulatory papers. "The DG (Director General) made no effort...to independently verify or critically assess these statements, often parroting them verbatim," Apple said. In 2024, CCI said Apple abused its dominant position in the app market.
