Indian woman in Netherlands shares employer's response to emergency leave request; people react

An Indian woman working in the Netherlands shared a post saying that she had to urgently come to India because of a family medical emergency. "Feel free to take leave. And please don't stress- family comes first," the manager responded. "For most people, it's not money which drives them to work harder. It's things like these," a person reacted.
