The UAE’s women friendly policy lead to a 71% increase in Indian women
workers in MENA(Middle East & North African) countries especially in the hospitality
and construction sector. With more and more women-friendly policies like removal of
restrictions during night hours, the demand is likely to surge and reach 60 lakhs in the
next 2-3 years.
