Indian worker jailed in Dubai after paying agent to leave without informing employer

A 23-year-old worker from Jharkhand, Shashi Paswan, has been jailed at Dubai's Al Rashidiya for four months after allegedly paying an agent to arrange his home return to India without informing his employer. He was traced after remaining absent from work for seven consecutive days. Shashi's father has filed a complaint at the local police station seeking his son's return.
