Indian-American among 14 White House Fellows appointed for 2020-21
Indian-American Pia Dandiya, Founding Principal of New York's Democracy Prep Endurance High School, has been appointed White House Fellow for the year 2020-21. She is the only Indian-American among the 14 White House Fellows appointed and is placed at the US Department of Education. The programme is designed to give fellows first-hand experience with workings of the federal government.
