Indian-American Nand Mulchandani to be CIA's first-ever CTO

Indian-American entrepreneur Nand Mulchandani has been named the US government's Central Intelligence Agency's (CIA) first-ever Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Mulchandani is a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded and been CEO of startups namely Oblix, Determina, OpenDNS and ScaleXtreme. He has studied at Cornell University, Stanford Business School and Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
