IndianOil to invest ₹1,660 crore in joint venture with NTPC

IndianOil will make an equity investment of up to ₹1660.15 crore in its newly founded joint venture with NTPC. In an exchange filing, the company said its board has approved the equity contribution towards Indian Oil's share of 50% in the equity share capital of IndianOil NTPC Green Energy Private Limited. The venture will establish renewable energy-based power projects.
