Indian-origin ex-Cisco director arrested in ₹65 crore fraud in US

An Indian-origin former director of US technology giant Cisco Systems has been arrested for allegedly defrauding the company of more than $9.3 million (₹65 crore). Fifty-year-old Prithviraj Bhikha was arrested at the San Francisco International Airport on March 1. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of 20 years' imprisonment and a fine of $250,000.
