Indian-origin woman kills 10-year-old daughter in UK

A 33-year-old Indian-origin woman killed her 10-year-old daughter at their home in a town in the West Midlands region of England. Jaskirat Kaur, also known as Jasmine Kang, appeared before a UK court on Wednesday and was charged with murder. Police said the girl had been found with injuries at their home on Monday and pronounced dead at the scene.
