Indians have shown more class, PM Modi wished me in separate tweet: Duflo

Esther Duflo, winner of 2019 Economics Nobel prize, told The Times of India that she wasn't upset with Indian media calling her Abhijit Banerjee's wife. "In fact, the Indians have shown more class. PM Modi did graciously congratulate me and Michael Kremer in a tweet," she added. "In his own tweet, [France] President Macron just mentioned me," Duflo further said.
