A purported video showing Indians thronging a newly opened Indian grocery store in New Jersey, USA, has gone viral. The shoppers were seen pushing, shoving and scrambling reportedly to buy 'parwal' (pointed gourd) being sold at a discounted rate of $1.99/lb (₹419/kg). While some people compared the scenes to an Indian sabzi mandi, others compared parwal's prices in India.
